Exercise is Medicine!

4/20/2020

While adjusting to our new normal, sitting in front of a computer screen or binge watching a Netflix show has become more and more common.  But did you know exercise helps release endorphins?  Endorphins help you feel more relaxed, reduces anxiety, and helps you sleep better.  The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends only 150 minutes of physical activity a week, which is only 20 minutes a day!  You don't even need fancy equipment, water bottles, soup cans, milk jugs or laundry detergent work as weights too.

Our very own personal trainer, Sheryl, is also continuing in-chair exercises from home.  Visit our Facebook or Instagram every Tuesday and Thursday for Sheryl's Exercise of the Day!  Below is your sneak preview to Tuesday's workout!

Sheryl's Exercise
