"For 43 years I was involved in data processing up until an automobile accident took my sight completely.  I found that my new normal made it difficult to get to doctor’s appointments and keep a social life.  I came to BCABVI's Low Vision Clinic for a second opinion and it helped tremendously.  I was instantly referred to services such as the VA Hospital and Bucks County Transport which made it easier for me to be more independent.  I joined a supportive environment to talk about the ups and downs of blindness and gained self-confidence along the way."
